Telford Tigers result against the Blackburn Hawks on Sunday 22nd of October has been reversed as Telford failed to have a Level 2 coach on the bench. The result (5-0) and points were awarded to the Blackburn Hawks.

Solihull Barons docked two points for failing to complete the game against Telford Tigers on Saturday the 23rd of December. The result stands as three-nil to Telford Tigers who receive two points as normal.


Each team will play each other twice at home and twice away with the top eight teams progressing to the knockout stages. Points will be allocated as follows: 2pts for a win, 1pt for an overtime loss and 0pts for a defeat in regulation time. If overtime is requires it will be three on three sudden death up to a maximum of five minutes. At that point there will be a penalty shootout to decide the winner if the teams are still tied.


In the knockout stages all ties will be played over two legs with the team with the best aggregate score progressing to the next stage.

Match A – 1st V’s 8th. Match B – 2nd V’s 7th. Match C – 3rd V’s 6th. Match D – 4th V’s 5th

Match E – Winner of Match A V’s Winner of Match D. Match F – Winner of Match B V’s Winner of Match C

Winner of Match E V’s Winner of Match F – The winners being crowned the National Ice Hockey League Northern Champions.


The two teams that contest the Northern Regional Final will then progress to a National Finals Weekend at a venue yet to be decided where they will play the two teams that progressed to the Southern Regional Final.

Match 1 – Winners of Northern Regional Final V’s the Runners-Up of Southern Regional Final.
Match 2 – Winners of Southern Regional Final V’s the Runners-up of Northern Regional Final.
Match 3 – Winner of Match 1 V’s Winner of Match 2 – The winners being crowned the National Ice Hockey League National Champions.
